How we write, review and update the articles and guides on valkit.ai.

Who writes our content

Articles on the Valkit blog are written by the Valkit team and by practitioners with hands-on experience in commissioning, qualification, computer system validation and quality. Each article names its author where possible, and you can read about our people on the leadership page.

How we review it

Before an article is published, someone with validation or quality experience reviews it for technical accuracy. Product claims are checked against what the Valkit platform does today.

Sources

When we describe a regulation or guidance document, such as 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, GAMP 5 or FDA Computer Software Assurance, we point to the primary source from the regulator or standards body rather than to secondary summaries. Figures and statistics are attributed to where they come from.

Use of AI

We may use AI tools to help research, outline or draft an article. A person edits and checks every article before it goes live, and we do not publish AI output without human review. This matches how AI works inside Valkit: it drafts, people decide.

Independence and commercial interest

Valkit sells digital validation software, and our articles are written from that point of view. When we compare approaches or vendors, we aim to describe them fairly and to say where Valkit fits and where it does not.

Updates and corrections

Regulations and guidance change, so we revisit articles and update them when the underlying requirements change. If you spot an error, email [email protected] and we will review it and correct the article where needed.
